Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of the Cosmic Code Lonavala workshop and the advance booking of stay, food, and logistics, all payments made towards the workshop are **Strictly Non-Refundable**.
Batch Transfer
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of **Shiv Cosmic Energy Solutions**, we may allow a one-time transfer to the next available batch, provided the request is made at least 10 days before the batch start date.
Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen administrative reasons, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
